Learn this very strong coiling technique to make use of unused fabrics and embroidery threads and make a beautiful small bowl, coaster or mat.
Choose fabrics from my collection of salvaged fabrics and upcycled garments.
Once you get the hang of coiling, it becomes a meditation and a purposeful way to give life to discarded fabrics and garments. This technique can be used with raffia, rope, grasses and anything you can twist.
