Choose your base from my collection of vintage, retro, abstract and floral fabrics, then enjoy adding colourful stitches texture and definition.
Using hand dyed wool yarns stitch abstract flowers and leaves with a variety of contemporary stitches to create a beautiful textural piece developing the fabrics original design.
This technique of enhancing fabric is a great way to add detail to your own garments too.
I will send you home with additional threads to complete your lovely stitching.
You are welcome to bring along some of your own fabrics too.
This class is suitable for beginners and those who want to extend their knowledge of embroidery, colour and creating texture.
I will provide everything you will need at the workshop.
