Sometimes it’s hard to know where to begin with stitching.
Come along, sit down, take in the colour and enjoy an afternoon learning some new stitches, including French knots, chain stitch, long and short stitch and Turkey work.
This workshop will get you started on a very fun, creative and achievable slow stitch project for all levels.
I will provide an assortment of beautiful hand dyed yarn at the workshop and you can take home your work in its hoop and some more yarn to continue on your own.
- 20cm x 20cm heavy weight linen square
- 16cm bamboo hoop
- Needle
- Hand dyed wool yarn to use at the workshop and take home to finish your artwork.
